Healthy Easy Caesar Salad

Instructions

1. Heat oven to 450F.
2. For croutons, cut bread into 1/2-inch cubes and arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet.
3. Sprinkle cubes with fresh pepper to taste and coat with olive oil spray.
4. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until golden brown and crisp. Set aside.
5. Meanwhile, for dressing, whisk together olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, anchovy paste, lemon zest and garlic.
6. Arrange lettuce leaves on four serving plates.
7. Arrange anchovies, croutons and chickpeas over salads.
8. Drizzle dressing over salads and top with cheese.
9. Serve with additional freshly ground black pepper if desired
