How To Make Radish Salad In Sweet And Sour Flavor

Instructions

Trim both ends of radishes; wash and drain. Crush radishes slightly by using the flat side of a knife or cleaver or jar bottom. Cut large ones in half. Sprinkle salt on crushed radishes and allow to stand for 15 minutes. Drain liquid from radishes. Mix sugar with vinegar and pour over radishes. Garnish with sesame oil and serve.
If you allow the radishes to soak longer in the dressing, they will not be as crisp and they will blacken.
