How To Saute Arugula
Instructions
Add the extra virgin oil to a large frying pan on low to medium heat. Spread the oil around so that it evenly covers the pan.
Add the entire quantity of arugula at once, and quickly toss it in the pan. Tossing it quickly will make sure all the arugula gets cooked. Add salt and pepper to tase.
Continue stirring the arugula until all has wilted. Once all the arugula has wilted, transfer it to a plate and serve.
