How To Saute Arugula In Herb Infused Olive Oil

Instructions

Wash the arugula and allow it to dry.
Place the pan over low to medium heat.
Pour in 1 tablespoon of herb-infused olive oil and allow it to warm.
Move the pan around to thoroughly coat the bottom of your pan. An even coating will allow your arugula to be cooked with a well-distributed oil base.
Add in your arugula into the pan.
Carefully toss the arrugula in the pan like you would toss a salad. You can use tongs or kitchen spoons to make the tossing process easier.
Keep the arugula moving to help wilt and coat all parts of the arugula. Avoid overheating the leaves.
Top the arugula with salt and pepper to taste.
Saute until the arugula has wilted from 4 cups to about 1 cup in size.
Remove the arugula from your pan, plate then serve.2
