Instructions
1. Saute the shrimp until it turns pink.
2. Add the red pepper and bamboo stripes. Stir up.
3. Add garlic and ginger.
4. Add the sauce.
5. Add the basil leaves. Simmer about 2 minutes. Serve rice!
