Korean Soybean Sprout Dish Kong Namul

Today we are making a soybean sprout side dish we call Kong Namul (coh-ng nah-mool)

Ingredients:

- 1 bag of Soybean Sprouts
- 1 cup of Water
- 1 tsp of Garlic
- 2 tsp of Salt
- 1 tsp of Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp of Sesame Seeds
- 2 pieces of Green Onions
- *Optional* 1 tsp of Red Pepper Flakes

- Rinse the Soybean Sprouts in cold water.
- Add Soybean Sprouts to pot with 1 cup of water.
- Boil for about 6 minutes.
- While boiling slice green onions.
- Add all ingredients after done cooking.
- Serve with other korean dishes or eat with rice!
