Mango
Instructions
Select a ripe, but not overly ripe, mango and wash it thoroughly.
Place the mango on the cutting board and use the knife to cut it down the middle. You'll feel the thick pit on the inside and should curve around it with your knife. Keep cutting until you have several slices of mango.
Without breaking through the mango skin, cut parallel incisions onto the mango slice.
Turn the slice 90 and make parallel cuts on the mango again, forming a grid pattern.
Turn the mango slice inside out by pushing up on the skin underneath the fruit.
Use the knife to slice the pieces off the skin.
