Mango And Berry Salad
Instructions
1) In a small sauce pan, heat water and 1/3 cup sugar.
2) Add minced ginger into the pan.
3) Bring to a boil for about 5 minutes.
4) Add the chopped mint and let the pan sit without the fire for about 5 minutes.
5) Strain the mixture.
6) Combine the mangoes, strawberries, blue berries with the mixture.
