Miso Glazed Double Sesame Mahi Mahi

Instructions

1. Combine miso paste, mirin, sesame oil and pepper flakes; mix well.
2. Transfer 2 tablespoons of the mixture to a large saucepan; set aside.
3. Marinate fish in remaining mixture 10 minutes. Place fish on a baking sheet; broil 4 to 5 inches from heat source without turning 6 to 8 minutes depending on thickness of fish or until fish is opaque in center.
4. Meanwhile, stir peas into miso mixture in saucepan.
5. Cover; cook over medium heat until peas are heated through, about 2 minutes.
6. Add spinach to saucepan; cover and cook 1 minute.
7. Uncover; turn with tongs until spinach is barely wilted.
8. Transfer mixture to four serving plates; top with fish and sesame seeds.
