Nibuta Simmered Pork

Instructions

I made this Nibuta for the Ramen vid but was not able to fit it in. So this is part two of tonkotsu ramen.

The pork is better the next day. After cooking let everything cool leave the pork in the broth put in fridge. Next day remove fat from broth and warm everything. You can serve sith some of the broth as a dip but don't forget the kimchi.
