Instructions
Put the roasted red peppers, mayonnaise and garlic in a food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer the red pepper mayo in a plastic container and keep refrigerated until needed; Toast the buns in the oven until crispy outside, open then and fill them with the cold cuts and cheese. Put lettuce, tomato and red pepper mayo in each one and serve the panini with spring mix salad or fries. Tip: Try the Italian panini with meatballs smothered in tomato basil sauce and topped with provolone cheese. For original Italian panini you should use focaccia or ciabatta buns.
