Pasta With Squid Sauce ( Calamarata )

Instructions

1. First of all, clean the squid. Separate the body from the tentacles and place in a container.
2. Slice the tomatoes in half and place in another container.
3. Cut the squid into rings as wide as the pasta so they will look the same together.
4. In a large pan, put the oil, garlic, chopped chili pepper. Brown the spices before adding the squid rings. Brown for few minutes more.
5. Add the white wine and cook until completely evaporated.
6. Add the cherry tomatoes, salt and pepper.
7. In the meanwhile, add the salted pot into a boil and cook the pasta.
8. Add chopped parsley and lastly the drained pasta.
