Pistache Yellowtail Provencale
Instructions
* Preheat oven to 180C
* Line an oven tray with a square of foil large enough to enclose fish
* Scatter half the onions into tray. Place fish, skin side down, on top of onions.
* Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over fish
* Season and cover in foil
* Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through
