Potato Gratin

Instructions

1. Slice potatoes in thin and place in cold water for 10 minutes
2. Then dry it using a paper towel
3. Coat the bottom and sides of an oven pan using butter
4. Add the potatoes, garlic, black pepper, rosemary and salt in the oven pan. Mix it all
5. Add also the heavy cream (covering half of the potatoes)
6. Finally add cheese and parsley on top of it
5. Bake it for 40minutes 350F and serve immediately
