Raspberry Sherbet Dessert
Instructions
Preparation Directions:
~ Place ice cream sandwiches in a 13 x 9-inch pan that has been covered with foil. Cut the ice cream sandwiches to fit in the bottom of pan. Spread the sherbet over the sandwiches and freeze for 15 minutes or until sherbet is firm.
~ In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, whipping cream and powdered sugar. Beat with an electric mixer until mixture is thickened and forms soft peaks. Spread on top of sherbet.
~ Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm. Let stand at room temperature 10 minutes before serving.
~ Sprinkle with fresh berries.
