Scallops Au Gratin Recipe

In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, the parsley, the cheese, the smashed garlic, the pepper (1), a pinch of salt, add of the oil (2) and the broth (enough to obtain a creamy mixture, neither too dry nor too liquid) (3).
After mixing all the ingredients, once you have an evenly creamy consistency, not too liquid, put all the scallops into a baking pan (5), coat them with the prepared stuffing (6) and drizzle with oil.
Preheat the oven to 390F (200C) and bake the scallops for at least 10-15 minutes until the top of the stuffing has become golden brown.
