Simple Italian Omelette
Instructions
Step 1
Add 2 tbsp olive oil into a pan, spread the oil. Heat the pan over a medium heat.
Step 2
Add in 3 beaten eggs.
When there are bubbles, use a spatula to lift the cooked parts of the eggs to let the raw eggs go underneath.
Step 3
Keep on medium heat. After cooking for a few minutes until golden brown. turn off the heat.
Step 4
Add in goat cheese and chives.
fold the bottom third. then the top third. It is like folding a letter.
Step 5
Transfer the Italian Omelette to a plate, add some on the top.
