Smoked Bacon Wrapped Steak & Shrimp Kabobs Skewers

Instructions

1) Smoke bacon and sausage for 2 hours at 250 deg F.
2) Cut steak into half-inch to an inch cubes.
3) Marinate steak cubes with oil, pepper, salt, and garlic.
4) Chop cilantro, jack cheese, jalapeno, and lime.
5) Marinate the shrimps with oil, cilantro, lime juice, garlic. Mix well.
6) Cut thin slices of sausage to insert in the skewer.
7) Roll shrimp, steak, and a chunk of onion using the bacon and insert into skewer. You can also use the combination of sausages and mushroom wrapped in bacon or shrimp and cheese. It depends on you. Use all the ingredients and put them on the grill about 300 deg F for about 20 mins. Flip every now and then.
8) When cooked, remove from grill and serve.
