Soy Milk Noodle Soup
Instructions
Put butter in a medium pot, and saute onion, potato, carrot, and bacon over medium heat. Add tonyu soy drink and bring to a boil. Be careful not to overflow. Turn down the heat to low and dissolve chicken bouillon in the soup. Stir the soup. Simmer for about 15 minutes, or until vegetables are softened. Stop the heat. Season with some salt and pepper as you like.
