Spice Rubbed Pork Tenderloin

Directions:
Preheat broiler. In cup, combine curry powder, cumin, salt, cinnamon, and oil; use to rub on tenderloin.
Place tenderloin on rack in broiling pan. Place pan in broiler 5 to 7 inches from heat source. Broil tenderloin, turning once, until meat thermometer inserted in center of pork reaches 155 degrees F, 15 to 20 minutes. Internal temperature will rise to 160 degrees F upon standing.
Place meat on cutting board. Let stand 5 minutes to set juices for easier slicing. With knife held in slanting position, almost parallel to board, cut tenderloin into 1/4-inch-thick slices.
