Strawberries & Cream
Instructions
1) Sprinkle icing sugar on a roasting pan. Position the strawberry slices on the pan and roast at 220 deg C for about 30 minutes.
2) Put sugar on the pan until it dissolves. Add then the almonds.
3) Heat another batch of sliced strawberries on a pan. Add in cherry brandy. Let it simmer.
4) To serve, add cream on the bottom of the cup, then layer with the strawberry and brandy mix, then more cream, then strawberries, then more cream, then the roasted strawberries and top with the almonds.
