Vegan Potato
Instructions
Put the diced potatoes in a pot of lightly salted water, bring to a boil then turn down and simmer for about 30 minutes.
While they are cooking, chop the rest of your vegetables. Once the potatoes are cooked, drain them and put the pot back on low heat. Add the rest of the vegetables and a sprinkle of salt, stir everything together, leave it to lightly heat for a few minutes, and you have a simple vegan potato recipe.
