Veggie Burger

Instructions

1. Sliced the Parmesan cheese and grind in the food processor.
2. Wash the squash and wipe. Take of the tip before grating in a hand grater.
3. Add sea salt and grated garlic.
4. Add some salt in the mixture and remove excess water.
5. Using the food processor, grind the zucchini and add in your mixture. Salt and mix well.
6. Wear gloves and press out all liquids.
7. Place your squeezed balls in a plate.
8. Transfer to bowl and add 1 egg and 1 egg white.Mix well.
9. Add salt, half cup of Parmesan cheese and garlic. Mix well.
10. Use spoon and make into burger pate.
11. In a grill, put heavy duty foil to avoid burning the vegetables. Cook for 10 minutes on each side.
12. Put cheese on top (optional) and close grill again.
13. Transfer to plate
