Whiskey Burger
Instructions

Place ground beef in a large bowl.

Add 1/2 cup bread crumbs to beef in bowl.

Add one shot of Whiskey to bowl. If not shot glass just a splash will do, this does not have to be an exact measurement.

Thoroughly mix breadcrumbs, whiskey and ground beef together with hands.

Pat down mixed meet to bottom of bowl, make a flat surface.

If desired pour a splash of whiskey on top and cover bowl with shrink-wrap.

Place bowl in refrigerator and let sit overnight.

Make hamburger patties, for juicier burgers make one inch thick.

Pre-heat grill or pan on med-high heat.

Cook burgers to desired taste.

I have found that cheddar cheese goes best with a whiskey burger.

Cut bun in half and place in grill open side down for a few minutes.

Add whiskey burger to bun and your ready for a great burger.
