Wegmans Blanching Veggies

Instructions

1. Heat large pot of salted water to boiling on HIGH. Add vegetables; return to boiling, and blanch 2-3 min.

2. Drain; toss with oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Option(s):
In place of Wegmans Basting Oil, toss with Food You Feel Good About Pumpkin Seed Oil.
