Basic White Cupcake
Instructions
1. Beat together all ingredients with an electric mixer just until dry ingredients are moistened.
2. Increase speed to medium, and beat 2 minutes or until batter is smooth, stopping to scrap sides of bowl.
3. Place paper baking cups in muffin pans, and coat with cooking spray; spoon batter evenly into baking cups,
filling each 2/3 full.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until done.
5. Cool pans on wire racks for 10 minutes; remove cupcakes from pan and cool completely before frosting.
