Poha Chivda
Instructions
1. Take a pan add oil, groundnuts, channa dhaal, cashew nuts saute them
2. Add turmuric, green chili, curry leaves, cumin seeds mix well
3. Add poha mix again, add salt.
4. Cook till the poha is crispy cook in very slow flame keep mixing for 5 min.
5. Once it is ready can add chopped onions, lemon juice and coriander chopped.
