Red Velvet Cocoa Cake

Instructions

1. Grease & flour 2-9inch cake pans.
2. Cream butter, sugar & vanilla.
3. Once combined, add eggs and food coloring and blend well.
4. In a mixing bowl, stir flour, cocoa, jello, and salt.
5. Add dry mixture alternately with buttermilk to butter mixture.
6. Stir baking soda into vinegar and fold into batter.
7. Pour batter into prepared pans and bake at 325 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
