Sabudana Vada

Instructions

1. Soak sabudana in water for 3 hrs.
2. Grate raw potato in a bowl, and then add green chilies, coriander leaves, curry leaves, red chill powder, onions chopped finely, rice flour, and then add chat masala mix well.
3. Now mix until it becomes dough-like, then make small dumplings like vada.
4. Now take oil to fry deep fry in a very slow flame till golden brown color.
