Wegmans Roasted Lobster Tails

Instructions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

1. Divide lobster tails in half by splitting them down the middle. Loosen meat from tail, letting it remain in the shell. Drizzle lobster meat with basting oil; season with salt and pepper. Place shell-side-down on baking sheet.

2. Bake 10-12 min, until internal temp reaches 145 degrees. (Check by inserting thermometer halfway into thickest part of meat.)

This recipe can also be served room temperature or cold. Note: Allow more cooking time if lobster is partially frozen.
